The Saybrook Point Inn & Spa will present its “BE BOLD!” Women’s Symposium on Friday evening, March 23 from 6 – 9 p.m. starting with a wine and hors d’oeurves reception with a meet and greet the speakers. Return on Saturday, March 24, as the program continues with a 7 a.m. guided morning stretch and walk (optional), 8 a.m. registration, 8:30 a.m. Movement in Motion class for all levels of fitness, followed by breakfast, inspiring presentations, lunch and one-on-one time with the speaker, and a wrap up with afternoon tea.
• Jill Butler – visionary coach and artist – will present how “Being BOLD from the inside out looks like quiet determination; a decision to change a pattern; to transform our thinking to let go of the fear of the unknown, to risk setting boundaries in a new way and to create a healthier outcome.
• Alicia Farrell, PhD – cognitive psychologist – will present how fear is the monster within us. It attacks our joy and causes us to feel powerless in the face of life’s challenges. What lies behind your fear? Turn struggle to power. Explore the brains powerful influence as we journey mindfully to become BOLD.
• Marie Baumuller – spa director and wellness coach & fitness professional - will guide you on a successful path to a healthy lifestyle by having you see the big picture – from the inside out.
